The Magswitch 1.5 Ton Aluminum Adjustable Beam Jack is ideal for pulling ferromagnetic steel plates flat against stiffeners and eliminating air gaps, enabling a more efficient welding process. The device is equipped with two Magswitch MLAY 600x3 magnet arrays, which provide a maximum breakaway force of 1,498 kg.

The lifters make contact with the base material and are activated by operating two levers. Once the magnets are switched on, pressure is applied to the stiffener with the ratchet lever. This reduces the air gap and significantly facilitates welding.
