SmartMagGrip
The CoBot SmartMagGrip E30 was specifically designed for use in collaborative robot environments. It features all the functions of a typical Magswitch E-Series tool, including Variable Field Output (VFO) technology and integrated sensors.
The VFO allows stepless adjustment of the magnetic force between 0 and 100% – ideal for destacking, picking up single or multiple parts.
The integrated sensors can be used to detect or confirm whether the correct part has been picked up. The parts are taught to the tool via a simple learning process.
The CoBot SmartMagGrip E30 is currently compatible with direct integration for Universal Robots and Fanuc CRX robots – using special plugins that communicate via RS-485 .

The Magswitch Cobot Base is a novel magnetic cobot platform that offers high flexibility in the use of your collaborative robot.
The combination of switchable magnets with high holding force and a robust base provides the optimal platform for efficient use of your cobot.
Standard mounting plates are designed for mounting with Fanuc CRX-10, Universal Robotics UR10 and UR16 robots. Custom mounting plates are available.
