AR Series & T Series

The AR and T series offer the ideal entry point into automation with magnetic technology. D-Serie

The D-series is specifically designed for holding thin sheet metal. Like all Magswitch magnets, it is reliable and versatile.

Can be used in robot grippers and many other handling applications in automotive body-in-white production, control cabinet construction, or numerous other sheet metal processing applications.

The flat magnetic field of the D-series magnets allows you to easily destack sheet metal and the design enables high absorption of shear forces.

D-Serie

The D-series is specifically designed for clamping sheet metal. Thanks to their multiple flat field array technology, they offer high holding forces in lateral forces and are extremely powerful with thin sheets from 0.5-3 mm.

Their compact and lightweight design facilitates the use of the entire gripper and makes it more versatile. This makes them suitable for a wide range of applications, from picking up and placing sheet metal to handling the thinnest parts and stacking.

PLAY series

The Magswitch PLAY series combines several magnets in one housing and is therefore perfect for handling long pipes or profiles or steel beams.

Even heavy loads can be transported reliably using the series-connected magnets. Adjustable pole shoes improve the handling of complex contours.

The PLAY series is particularly well suited for handling shafts or steel beams for further processing.
