The Magswitch Cobot SmartMagGrip E30 was specifically designed for use in collaborative robotics environments. It features all the functions of a typical Magswitch E-series tool, including Variable Field Output (VFO) and integrated sensor technology .
VFO technology enables an adjustable magnetic force from 0 to 100% , e.g. for destacking , gripping individual parts or gripping multiple parts .
The integrated sensor technology can be used to detect or confirm whether the correct part has been gripped . The parts are taught to the tool via a simple teach-in process .
The SmartMagGrip E30 cobot currently offers direct integration with Universal Robots and FANUC CRX robots via dedicated plug-ins operated via RS-485 .
*Pole shoes are required. They are not included in the basic tool kit.
