Magswitch ELAY 50X5 electric magnetic gripper
Magswitch ELAY 50X5 electric magnetic gripper
Article number: 81501320
The Magswitch ELAY 50x5 features newly developed Variable Field Output (VFO) technology, enabling the tool to destack thin material and optimize performance for each component. Once a part has been gripped and separated from the adjacent part, the tool can be switched to full power to achieve maximum holding force.
Once fully activated, the tool can send back a "Proper Part Present" signal – an innovative feature that allows users to teach the tool what a correct part looks like. This enables compact, fast, and reliable error detection processes . Thanks to its integrated fail-safe, Magswitch's electrically actuated automation line significantly improves process reliability and efficiency.
