Magswitch E30 electric magnetic gripper
Magswitch E30 Electric Magnetic Gripper
SKU: 81401263
The Magswitch E30 features all-new Variable Field Output (VFO) technology, allowing the tool to destack thin material and optimize output for a given part. Once a part has been gripped and separated from the part next to it, the tool can be switched to full power.
When full power is active, the tool can also output a "Proper Part Present" signal – feedback that a correct part has actually been gripped. This innovative feature allows users to teach the tool what a "good part" looks like, enabling compact and fast error-proofing processes.
With integrated fail-safe architecture, Magswitch's electrically actuated automation line sets new standards.

Footnotes
- The forces listed in this document represent ideal maximum values and may not reflect the actual forces achievable in a customer's specific application. Differences in materials or process conditions can affect performance.
- Read and understand the warning on page 3 before operating the tool.
- Breakaway forces were determined in a laboratory environment on a 200 mm × 200 mm SAE1018 steel plate with a surface roughness of 63 microinches and standard pole shoes.
- Breakaway forces in the general specifications and in Table 1 were measured with standard pole shoes on clean, flat surfaces with no air gap between pole shoes and target material.
Any deviation from this ideal situation will reduce the breakaway forces.
